Grilled Halloumi & Yellow Pepper Salad

Ever find yourself in the supermarket unsure of what to make for lunch or dinner? This salad is the easiest thing to make, and only requires THREE ingredients! Grab yourself a pepper, some halloumi and a bag of salad.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Halloumi Cheese
  • Yellow Pepper
  • Bag of Salad
  • Olive oil, chilli flakes, black pepper/seasoning of your choice

METHOD:

  1. This is the easiest salad ever! Drizzle a little olive oil over the halloumi and cut in to slices. Grill, griddle, BBQ or fry the halloumi.
  2. Slice the yellow pepper and grill/cook in a little olive oil and chilli flakes if you wish.
  3. Open the salad and add the halloumi, yellow pepper and black pepper/seasoning.
  4. Eat and enjoy!
